Our room was not hoovered the whole time we were there ,and the under ledge of the coffee table in the lounge had a coating of dust the whole time. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was very good. I could feel the springs in my bed a little, and although in a twin room I asked for a double duvet with the beds pushed together, the duvet never arrived. PaleySellers Review. Despite Andy not being a skiing pro, we have had an excellent week with VIP. The chalet newly furnished and well looked after, the room was compact quite small when our bags were in there however, was absolutely fine. Evening canaps really lovely, sometimes very hot when the fire was lit Evening meals perhaps it is the French thing to do but there was quite a lot of duck and fish on the menu which arent my favourites but on the whole the cooking was excellent one of the highlights of the week, definitely something to look forward to after a long day of skiing Kev was great. The VIP Team were always super cheery and helpful nothing was ever an issue. Food was yummy every night and rooms were great and clean.
